This policy applies to Zen by Meyatu jewelry purchased through zen.meyatu.net. Order-specific terms shown at checkout govern in the event of any conflict.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including the gift box and any cultural meaning cards.

1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our craftsmanship for one year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects (such as clasp or stringing failure under normal use). This guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or loss.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The free signature gift box is included with every order and does not need to be returned separately.
