These Terms govern your use of meyatu.net and any information you submit through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Contracting entity
This site is operated by MEYATU LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming (“MEYATU”). Engineering and manufacturing are performed by our affiliated facility in Changsha, China; MEYATU LLC is the contracting party for U.S. orders unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
2. Site content
Information on this site is provided for general purposes. Product capabilities, certifications and manufacturing details are subject to confirmation during quoting, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. For regulated industries (for example medical devices or automotive), nothing here is a commitment of regulatory or quality compliance; compliance is governed by the executed quality agreement and the applicable certifications.
3. Inquiries and quotes
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Quotations are valid only as stated in the quote document itself and only when accepted under its terms.
4. Submitted files
Files you submit (BOMs, Gerbers, drawings) are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and fulfill your request, and are retained in line with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit such files and that they contain no malicious code.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
6. Intellectual property
The MEYATU name and site content are the property of MEYATU LLC. Third-party names referenced for capability purposes remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MEYATU does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEYATU will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. MEYATU’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed US$100 or the amounts you paid to MEYATU, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MEYATU harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or content you submit in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.
